Can I customize my products?
Yes, we can customize some of our products according to your requirements. We can change the size, finish, and power factor. Additionally, we can produce similar products through modeling if you provide clear pictures and specifications.
What is the lead time for orders?
Some items are stocked in our factory. Usually, the lead time is 15-20 days, depending on the product style, quantity, and current production season.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and Western Union. Paypal is accepted for sample payments. A 30% deposit is required before production, with the 70% balance paid before delivery. For orders below 3000 USD, we prefer full payment to avoid double handling charges.
What does the warranty cover?
We provide a comprehensive warranty. Within 3 months of receipt, replacements for shipping damage or missing parts are free. From 3 months to 1 year, replacements are free but shipping cost applies. From 1 to 2 years, the customer pays for replacements and shipping.
What are the installation methods for the frame panel light?
Our LED frame panel light supports three different installation methods: recessed, hanging, and surface mount. For surface mounting, you do not need a transfer frame as it can be installed with direct screws.
