Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time for production?
Sample needs 3-5 days, while mass production time generally requires 1-2 weeks for larger order quantities.
Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
We offer low MOQ; 1pc for sample checking is available.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it possible to print my logo on the LED Floodlight?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our sample.
What kind of guarantee do you offer for your products?
We offer a 2-5 year warranty on our LED products depending on the specific model and requirements.
