Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
We are the earliest manufacturer who design and produce the certain led workshop lights.
Q2. Can I buy samples before placing orders?
Yes. We welcome sample orders for testing and quality checks. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What is your payment term?
T/T and Paypal. This is negotiable.
Q4. Do you do the OEM & ODM?
Yes. We can do the OEM & ODM. Not only customized products are available, we also provide the auto CAD or 3D drawing for different projects.
Q5. What is your lead time and the shipping method?
It depends on the order quantity and the season. Usually, we can ship within 3-7 days for a small quantity, and about 30 days for a large quantity. It could be shipped by sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.).
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them or discuss a solution including recall according to the situation.
