Yes, we can handle OEM or ODM orders. We not only meet customized requirements but also provide free design and CAD drawings for engineering projects.
How long will the delivery time be?
The delivery time depends on the order quantity and the season. Usually, we can deliver small orders within 3-7 days, and large orders within 25 days.
I don't know how to install it, what should I do?
There is a product manual inside the packaging of each product, and our service staff will also communicate and guide you online.
How to deal with faulty products?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 1‰. During the guarantee period, we will send replacement lights or discuss professional solutions including repair or recall based on the situation.
