2. Can I buy samples before placing orders?
Yes. Please feel free to contact us. We welcome sample orders for testing and quality checking. Mixed samples are acceptable.
3. What is your payment term?
T/T and Paypal. This is negotiable.
4. Do you do OEM & ODM?
Yes. We can provide OEM & ODM services. Not only are customized products available, but we also provide Auto CAD or 3D drawings for various projects.
5. What is your lead time and shipping method?
It depends on the order quantity and the season. Usually, we ship within 3-7 days for small quantities and about 30 days for large quantities. Shipping can be via sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.).
6. How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights or repair defective batch products according to the specific situation.
